Delivery
How it works
We accept orders 24/7 — through the website, by phone, via messengers, or by email. Our managers are available from 08:00 to 23:00, florists work from 09:00 to 22:00, while courier delivery itself runs around the clock, including nights, with no surcharge for off-hours. Once an order is confirmed, a florist assembles the bouquet, the courier photographs it before leaving, and heads to the recipient.
Delivery zones
We deliver across three emirates of the UAE:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
Timing & same-day delivery
Same-day delivery is available across Dubai — the minimum time from order confirmation to hand-over is about 1 hour. We always aim to deliver as fast as possible, though the exact time depends on florist workload and the recipient's address.
Order cutoff after 18:30
Orders placed after 18:30 are earliest delivered the next day after 11:00. In the evening we finalise the fresh-flower purchase for the following morning, so very late orders cannot physically make it into the current assembly run.
24/7 and night delivery
Delivery operates around the clock, including night hours, with no extra charge. If you need a bouquet in the middle of the night or early morning, simply note it when placing the order and we'll assign the nearest available courier.
Surprise delivery or a pre-call
You choose how the bouquet is handed over:
- Surprise delivery — the courier does not call ahead and waits for the recipient on site for about 15 minutes;
- Delivery with a pre-call — the courier contacts the recipient before arriving to agree on a convenient time.
Tracking your order
You'll receive SMS updates at every stage — order placed, paid, delivered. Before the courier leaves, we send a photo of the finished bouquet, so you can see the result before it even reaches the recipient. On request, we can also arrange a photo or video of the actual hand-over moment, so you know for certain the gift arrived and was well received.
Premium touches
We pay attention to details that turn delivery into part of the gift:
- Couriers work in formal wear and white gloves;
- You can choose the ribbon colour and wrapping style;
- Every order comes with a personal postcard with your own message.
Bouquets are made from fresh seasonal flowers, so the final composition may differ slightly from the photo on the site — the style, colour scheme and overall look are always preserved. If a particular component is unavailable, a manager will contact you with alternatives before assembly begins.
