The Freshness Promise
We guarantee that every SENTION bouquet is made from fresh flowers. If quality ever falls short, we replace the bouquet free of charge — this isn't a formality, it's our standard.
How We Keep Quality High
Dubai heat is real, and we build our entire process around it:
- Climate-controlled storage. Flowers are kept at the right temperature and humidity right up until assembly.
- Hand sorting. Our florists manually remove any blooms that won't hold up in the heat, before they ever reach a bouquet.
- Freshness at every stage. From the cut to the moment of delivery, we track the cold chain — from storage to the courier's vehicle.
Bouquets are made from fresh seasonal flowers, so the final arrangement may differ slightly from the photo — but the style, color scheme and overall composition are always preserved. If a component isn't available, a manager will contact you with alternatives before assembly begins.
Changing an Order Before Assembly
You can change your order free of charge as long as assembly hasn't started. We ask for about 12 hours' notice so our florists can source the right flowers. Changes to an order that's already assembled or in transit are still possible, but may affect the price.
Quality Claims Process
If the recipient has any concerns about quality, please report it at the moment of delivery. If an issue surfaces later, you have 2 hours from delivery to email us at sentioncorp@gmail.com with a photo and description.
- Our quality manager responds within 24 hours.
- Confirmed issues are replaced at our expense.
