Order
How do I place an order? Through the website form, by phone, or via WhatsApp or Telegram — we accept orders 24/7.
Can I change my order after placing it? Yes, as long as assembly hasn't started. We ask for about 12 hours' notice before delivery.
Can I order a custom bouquet? Yes, our florists can build a composition around your preferences — flowers, palette, size and budget.
Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo? We work with fresh seasonal flowers, so small differences are possible — but the style, color scheme and composition are always preserved. If a flower isn't available, a manager will offer alternatives in advance.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? Cash on delivery, card online (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
Is paying by card safe? Yes. Payment goes through a secure encrypted link with 3-D Secure, is PCI DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption. Card data is never stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
Does placing an order mean I accept the terms? Yes, placing an order constitutes acceptance of our Public Offer.
Delivery
How fast is delivery? Same-day delivery, with a minimum of around 1 hour from order confirmation.
Can the bouquet be delivered as a surprise? Yes — choose delivery without a pre-call (the courier waits about 15 minutes for the recipient) or delivery with a courtesy call to the recipient beforehand.
Do you deliver at night? Yes, delivery is available around the clock, including at night, with no surcharge.
Where do you deliver? Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Can you send a delivery photo report? On request, we send a photo of the bouquet before dispatch, and can provide a photo report of the hand-over within 1 working day.
Quality
What if the bouquet doesn't meet quality expectations? We guarantee fresh flowers or a free replacement. Report the issue at delivery, or within 2 hours with a photo to sentioncorp@gmail.com — our quality manager replies within 24 hours, and replacement is at our expense.
Is my personal data secure? Yes, we use your data only to fulfil and deliver your order and never share it with third parties, except where necessary for delivery or required by law.
