Bouquet Return Policy

1. Scope
This Bouquet Return & Refund Policy applies to all bouquets, floral arrangements and plants listed in the catalogue of shop.sention.space, and sets out the procedure for reporting quality issues, obtaining a replacement, and requesting a refund.
2. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that the Recipient receives fresh flowers. Climate-controlled storage and hand sorting by our florists help preserve quality in Dubai's hot climate. If the Goods do not meet the promised quality standard, we will replace them at our own expense.
3. How to Report a Quality Issue
- Quality issues must be reported at the time of delivery, or no later than 2 (two) hours after receiving the Goods.
- Please email sentioncorp@gmail.com with the Order number, a photo of the Goods, and a description of the issue.
- Our quality manager will review the report and respond within 24 hours.
- Where a claim is confirmed, a replacement is provided at the company's expense within approximately 4 (four) hours of receipt of the Goods.
4. Refund Conditions and Timelines
- Refunds are processed using a completed return request form.
- Processing takes up to 14 working days.
- Funds are returned via the original payment method (card, account, or other original means of payment).
5. What Is Non-Refundable
- Fresh flowers and assembled bouquets, once assembly has begun or the Order has been dispatched for delivery, due to their perishable nature.
- Custom-made bouquets (bespoke composition, size or design made to the Buyer's specific request).
- Orders that could not be delivered due to a wrong or incomplete address provided by the Buyer.
6. Returns of Gift Items
Non-perishable gift items (non-floral) may be returned provided the packaging and condition remain intact; return shipping is paid by the Buyer; processing takes up to 14 working days; refunds are issued to the original payment method.
