1. General

SENTION FLOWERS & ORNAMENTAL PLANTS TRADING LLC (referred to as the "Company", "SENTION", "we", "us" or "our") is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered on the Mainland of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website shop.sention.space (the "Website") and the placing of orders for flowers, bouquets and related products. By using the Website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order through the Website, by phone, via messengers or by email constitutes your agreement to these Terms, as well as to SENTION's Public Offer and Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your order. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using the Website or placing an order.

3. Eligibility

The Website and SENTION's services may be used by persons with full legal capacity who are at least 18 years old, or by persons acting with the consent and under the supervision of a legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Placing an Order

Orders are accepted 24/7 through the Website form, by phone, via messengers and by email.
Support staff and managers are generally available from 08:00 to 23:00, and florists from 09:00 to 22:00; delivery operates 24 hours a day, including at night, at no extra charge.
Same-day delivery is available across Dubai, from approximately 1 hour after order confirmation. Orders placed after 18:30 are generally delivered the next day, from 11:00 onward.
Delivery is also available in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
You may choose a surprise delivery (no advance call to the recipient; the courier waits at the door for approximately 15 minutes) or delivery with a prior call to the recipient.
Orders may be amended before assembly begins; please notify us of any changes at least approximately 12 hours in advance where possible. Changes to an order that has already been assembled or handed to the courier may still be possible but may result in additional charges.

5. Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice; such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Placing an order constitutes your agreement to the price shown and acceptance of the then-current Public Offer.

6. Product Representation

Photographs of bouquets and arrangements on the Website are illustrative. Because bouquets are made from fresh seasonal flowers, individual flowers or shades may differ slightly from the photograph, while the overall style, colour scheme and composition are always preserved. If a specific component is unavailable at the time of assembly, our manager will contact you and offer an equivalent alternative before assembly begins.

7. Payment

Payment may be made in cash on delivery, by card (Visa/Mastercard) via a secure encrypted payment link using 3-D Secure and PCI DSS-compliant processing, via Apple Pay/Google Pay, by bank transfer to the Company's account, or in cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC/ETH). Card details are not stored on SENTION's servers.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Website — including text, photographs, graphics, the SENTION logo, design elements and underlying software — are the intellectual property of the Company or are used under a valid licence. Copying, reproducing, distributing or otherwise using materials from the Website without the Company's prior written consent is prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law.

9. Acceptable Use

By using the Website, you agree not to:

provide false, misleading or another person's personal information;
use the Website for fraudulent purposes or to infringe the rights of third parties;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Company's systems, infrastructure or data;
include offensive, unlawful content, or content that violates UAE norms, in gift card texts or order comments.

10. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, payment providers, messengers, social media). The Company does not control the content of such resources and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices or policies.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Website and services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, the Company does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Website, except where such liability is expressly imposed by mandatory provisions of UAE law. Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, actions of government authorities, and disruptions to transport or communication networks.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
